The SolarEdge Home Hub carries 12 years of parts cover and no labour cover. There is no registration deadline, but a condition must stay true for the full term to hold. The models in this line are SE10000H-RWS.

What has to stay true
These apply to every SolarEdge product, not just this line.
If the customer wants 20 or 25 years, the paid extension must be bought within 24 months of shipment. The standard 12 years needs nothing
