Warranty tracking software pricing for installers
Priced per install, not per user.
Charging per seat would punish you for putting your techs on it, and the techs are the ones taking the photo. Every plan has unlimited users.
Free for 5 installs a month. No card, no setup fee, no contract.

More than 150 installs a month
Around $1.50 an install, agreed up front. Tell us your volume and we will quote it.
Flat monthly, not a fee per registration
There are services that will do the registering for you and charge for each one. That is a fair trade, at a price.
- $1,500 a month
- 50 installs a month at around $30 a registration, and more when a job carries three brands.
- $199 a month
- Crew, at the same volume, whatever the brand count. You do the pasting.
- $0 to look
- The sample account is the working app with a month of installs in it. No card.
Done for you registration runs from around $30 a registration. A solar job with an inverter, a battery and an array is three registrations, so a 50 install month can be well past $1,500.
We are not the only ones working on this problem. We are the flat priced one that also carries the countdown and builds the claim. The trade is that you paste the details into the portal yourself.
The terms, in full
Nothing here changes after you sign up, because there is nothing to sign.
No setup fee
Upload a CSV or add your next job by hand. There is nothing to implement and nobody to book a call with.
Month to month
No contract and no annual lock in. Cancel whenever you want, from inside the app.
Annual saves two months
Pay for a year up front and you pay for ten months. You do not have to.
Soft limits
Go over your plan and Claim Timer keeps working. It prompts you to move up. It never blocks a registration.
Does it pay for itself?
We would rather you judge it on this than on a feature list.
One denied claim on a compressor or an inverter runs $800 to $3,000 in parts, plus the truck roll. Crew is $199 a month, so $2,388 a year. Save one claim in a year and you are about even. Save two and it is not close.
Put your next install in on the free plan and watch what the countdown does before you pay for anything.
