What is REC ProTrust and how do I get it?
It is the extended cover REC advertises, and it exists only if a certified installer registered the installation in ProPortal or the SunSnap app. Without that registration the system falls back to the standard product warranty.
Is there a deadline for REC registration?
No published deadline. That makes it easy to defer forever, which is exactly how ProTrust gets lost. Register at commissioning.
Does REC cover labour?
The Alpha Pure-R line carries 20 years of labour cover in this catalogue, which is far beyond the industry norm of nothing.
