No registration requirement appears in LONGi's published terms. The warranty runs from the standard start dates in the document. Keep the invoice and the serials with the job and there is nothing else outstanding on this brand.
Register: step by step
Capture the nameplate before anyone leaves site
Photograph the nameplate and record the serial and model. LONGi asks for serial number, model, installation date, customer name, installation address, and every one of those is easier on the roof than from the office.
Open the LONGi portal
Registration happens at https://www.longi.com/en/service/. You register this one.
Record the confirmation
Save the confirmation number and the date against the job. There is no deadline to prove, but there is a start date to prove, and that is what a claim will ask for.
