SMILE-B3-PLUS-10.1
The Alpha ESS SMILE-B3 carries 10 years of parts cover and no labour cover. There is no registration deadline, but a condition must stay true for the full term to hold. The models in this line are SMILE-B3-PLUS-10.1. 5 years is the standard term, with 10 years on battery performance. The 10 year extended cover is a paid extension that has to be bought within 30 days of installation.

These apply to every Alpha ESS product, not just this line.
If the customer wants the 10 year extended cover, the paid extension must be purchased within 30 days of installation. Standard cover is 5 years
