No deadline

Nothing to register and nothing to confirm.

The Q CELLS module warranty terms we could read run the warranty period from the end customer invoice date and mention no registration at all. Keep the invoice, because it sets the start of the term. Confirm the current document with Q CELLS if anything material rides on it.

Register: step by step

Capture the nameplate before anyone leaves site

Photograph the nameplate and record the serial and model. Q CELLS asks for serial number, model, installation date, customer name, installation address, and every one of those is easier on the roof than from the office.

Open the Q CELLS portal

Registration happens at https://us.qcells.com/. You register this one.

Record the confirmation

Save the confirmation number and the date against the job. There is no deadline to prove, but there is a start date to prove, and that is what a claim will ask for.

What has to stay true afterwards

Registration is a moment. Conditions are permanent, and they are what actually decides the term.

Nothing has to stay true

Q CELLS attaches no conditions to the full term in the document we read. Keep the serial, the invoice and the install date with the job and the claim file is complete.

Warranty terms change and differ by country. This is a reading of the manufacturer's published document on the date shown, not legal advice, and not a substitute for the document that applies to the model you installed.

Stop chasing Q CELLS registrations by memory

Claim Timer holds each brand's route and conditions on the equipment record, so the confirmation number lands on the job instead of in somebody's inbox.
