The window

No deadline

Nothing to register and nothing to confirm.

Jinko has no registration. The term starts at delivery or 180 days after manufacture, whichever is earlier. A claim wants the warranty certificate plus the purchase and installation invoices, so those three documents are the whole claim file and they belong with the job.

Register: step by step

Capture the nameplate before anyone leaves site

Photograph the nameplate and record the serial and model. Jinko Solar asks for serial number, model, installation date, customer name, installation address, and every one of those is easier on the roof than from the office.

Open the Jinko Solar portal

Registration happens at https://www.jinkosolar.com/en/site/warranty. You register this one.

Record the confirmation

Save the confirmation number and the date against the job. There is no deadline to prove, but there is a start date to prove, and that is what a claim will ask for.

What has to stay true afterwards

Registration is a moment. Conditions are permanent, and they are what actually decides the term.

Nothing has to stay true

Jinko Solar attaches no conditions to the full term in the document we read. Keep the serial, the invoice and the install date with the job and the claim file is complete.

Warranty terms change and differ by country. This is a reading of the manufacturer's published document on the date shown, not legal advice, and not a substitute for the document that applies to the model you installed.

Stop chasing Jinko Solar registrations by memory

Claim Timer holds each brand's route and conditions on the equipment record, so the confirmation number lands on the job instead of in somebody's inbox.
